Signing of an agreement to acquire 3 railcars workhops in Germany

INVEHO announces the signing of an agreement to acquire the maintenance and wheelsets activities of the German No. 2 in the sector, VILLMAN-GRUPPE.

With 9 sites in Europe, INVEHO will become the leading European network of freight railcars maintenance workshops.
