Ermewa – Let’s (re)invent the railway together​

Ermewa is a European leader in railcars leasing (#2 player in Europe and largest fleet in France).

It addresses all segments thanks to its 47,000 railcars, dedicated to transport hazardous and non-hazardous liquids, gaseous, bulk and diversified general cargoes including food and non-food products.

The company also provides maintenance, repairs and oprations through its European network of certified workshops and partners.

With a network of 18 offices in Europe, Ermewa provides industrial companies, railway undertakings and freight forwarders with a range of more than 120 different types of railcar.

Ermewa invests in railcars on a large scale for new built and refurbishment adapted to specific needs on behalf of its customers. Assets are managed with long-term commitments to customers, leading to performance, efficiency and safety. The company is an ECM (Entity in Charge of Maintenance) certified company since 2010.

Circular economy is in the company’s DNA since 1956 through concrete actions: design, maintenance, reuse, refurbishment and recycling.

Ermewa is certified EcoVadis (Gold medal) for its CSR performances.​

Inveho – Riding the rails to innovation

Inveho provides railway workshop services through a network of fully dedicated, certified and specialized sites in France and Germany:

• Construction: relying on its own design office for design and calculation, Inveho UFO offers an appropriate response to all the requirements of its clients for the development and construction of freight railcars.
• Maintenance and repair: with functional infrastructure, high-technology equipments and thanks to its trained and specialized teams, all Inveho’s workshops carry out repairs and maintenance on all types of freight railcar. Mobile teams are also available for any kind of preventive or repair works all over France and Germany.​
• Refurbishment: with the quality of our technical services, backed by the support of our design office, all Inveho’s workshops are capable of refurbishment, modernization and modification of all types of railcar.​
• Wheelsets: Inveho UFF is currently one of the most important workshops in France with a dedicated facility for wheelsets maintenance and repair. In Germany, all Inveho workshops (Inveho BRB, Inveho FWN and Inveho WBA) can also handle wheelsets maintenance and storage. Inveho’s experienced and highly qualified personnel associated with ultra-modern facilities guarantee wheelsets processing in accordance with the standard in force maintenance rules in Europe.​

All Inveho’s workshops are certified with international qualifications and can handle all types of freight railcar.​
